For security claims in Extrack — encryption, access controls, breach handling — the canonical source is the SECURITY.md document linked from the privacy policy. The privacy policy itself (`/privacy`) covers what data is collected and how it is used; the security document covers how it is protected. We avoid claims here that are not in those two sources.

Frequently asked

Where exactly is SECURITY.md?

Linked inside the privacy policy at /privacy. The privacy policy points to it for security-specific questions.

Is data encrypted at rest?

See SECURITY.md for the canonical statement. Generally: transport is HTTPS; database-level encryption follows AWS defaults.
