What the Reports page shows
12-month window: past 5 + this + next 6. VIP feature.

The Reports page in Extrack shows a 12-month window centered on the anchor month — past 5 months, the anchor month, plus next 6. The intro reads: "12-month window centered on the anchor month — defaults to this month (past 5 + this month + next 6); pan to other periods with the controls below." Tap any month for a planned/recurring vs unplanned breakdown. Reports is a VIP feature.
The horizontal strip
A scrollable strip of 12 month cards near the top — each card is a clickable button showing a short month label, the net amount and a count badge. Tap a card to drill into that month.
Posted vs Expected sections
Below the strip, two roll-ups. When the anchor is the current month: "Past 5 months + this month" (posted) and "Next 6 months (expected)". When the anchor is a different month: "Posted (in window)" and "Expected (in window)".
Frequently asked
Why exactly 12 months?
Long enough to spot trends, short enough to fit on a phone screen without scrolling. Past 5 covers the last quarter+ for hindsight; next 6 covers the planning horizon most users actually act on.
Can I see further back?
Yes — change the anchor month using the "Anchor:" date control. The 12-month window shifts to centre on that month.
