How to connect Claude to Extrack
Add Extrack as a remote MCP connector in Claude. OAuth via Cognito.

To connect Claude to Extrack, open Claude's integration settings and add a remote MCP connector pointing to Extrack's MCP endpoint (URL listed on `/docs/mcp`). Claude triggers an OAuth flow — sign in with your Extrack credentials. After authorisation, any Claude chat can call Extrack's draft tools. Drafts land in the "Automation inbox" (`/transaction-drafts`).
Steps
Open /docs/mcp in Extrack
Public docs page titled "Extrack MCP connector". Lists the connection URL and the OAuth redirect URLs Claude needs.
Open Claude integrations
In the Claude app, add a remote MCP server. Paste the Extrack connection URL from /docs/mcp.
Authorise
Claude opens the OAuth flow against Extrack's Cognito-backed authorisation server. Sign in; confirm the requested scopes.
Test it
In any Claude chat: "log a ₹500 expense from HDFC for lunch". A draft appears in your Automation inbox within seconds.

Where exactly do I find the connection URL?
On /docs/mcp. The URL varies by operator (we self-host); the page lists the canonical Extrack-managed URL plus the redirect URLs Claude.ai requires.
How do I disconnect Claude?
In Claude integrations → Extrack → Disconnect. The OAuth token is invalidated and no more drafts can be created until you reconnect.
