How to remove a person from the directory
Open the person, tap Remove from directory. Transactions stay attached.

To remove a person from the directory in Extrack, open the People page, tap the person to open the person activity page, and tap "Remove from directory". Confirm. The directory entry is removed; the transactions stay attached by id (you may see a "Person links without a directory name" warning if the underlying transactions still reference them).
Steps
Tap the person on People
Person activity page opens with name, balance, transactions and an action row.
Tap "Remove from directory"
Confirm via the action; the directory entry is removed.
Orphaned tags
If transactions still reference the removed person, the People page surfaces a warning titled "Person links without a directory name" with a count of orphaned rows. Resolution is to edit the affected transactions to either remove the tag or re-tag with a real directory entry.
Frequently asked
Will my balances change?
No — receivables stay on the underlying Lent accounts. Removing the directory entry is a naming-only change.
