How to restore from a backup
Profile → "Restore from backup". Pick Merge or Replace.

To restore an Extrack backup, open Profile, find the portability section and use "Restore from backup". The import flow asks you to pick a mode: "Merge with existing" (add restored data on top of current) or "Replace all data" (wipe current, replace with the backup). Pick the file (the JSON downloaded via "Download backup file"), confirm.
Steps
Open Profile → "Restore from backup"
On the portability card.
Pick a mode
"Merge with existing" — restored data adds to the current workspace. "Replace all data" — current workspace is wiped, backup takes its place.
Pick the file and confirm
Select the .json file. Confirm. Restore runs.
Frequently asked
Will Replace lose my current data?
Yes — that is the point. Replace wipes the current workspace before restoring. If you want to keep both, download a backup of the current workspace first.
