How to reconcile a balance with a friend

To reconcile a person balance with a friend in Extrack, open their person activity page (tap the person on People) and walk the transaction list together. Common causes of disagreement: missed cash repayments (one side recorded, the other did not), edited splits, or a settled repayment never logged. Find the missing or off row and fix it; the balance reconciles.
A reconcile checklist
Three things to check, in order:
- Date-by-date — go through the activity feed; flag anything they do not recognise.
- Cash repayments — most common miss. Recover the date and post the Income + settle-split.
- Edited splits — if a share changed after the fact, both sides need to agree. Re-edit yours to match.

Can I sync with their workspace?
No. There is no "share workspace" with a friend feature. Reconcile by reviewing your activity feed together once and fixing any mismatches in your own ledger.
