How to delete a recurring template
Delete from the Edit form. Linked planned overrides go too; past occurrences stay.

To delete a recurring template in Extrack, open the Recurring page, tap Edit on the row, and use "Delete entire series" inside the form. The confirm dialog warns "Linked planned overrides are removed." Already-posted occurrences stay on the ledger and in Reports — deleting the template does not retroactively wipe history.

Open the template and Edit
Recurring → tap row → Edit.
Tap "Delete entire series" and confirm
The dialog confirms that past posted rows stay; linked planned overrides are removed; future occurrences stop.

What are "linked planned overrides"?
A planned item that was created to override a single recurring occurrence is "linked" via the recurringTemplateId field. Deleting the template removes those overrides too — they no longer have a series to override.
What if I deleted by mistake?
Recreate the template from scratch. Two minutes; same recurring behaviour resumes.
