Planned & recurring
Planned items and recurring templates let you schedule transactions ahead of time. This section covers when to use which, creating each kind, the verified row actions — Post / Edit / Delete on Planned, Approve / Edit / Reject on Recurring — editing series vs single occurrences, deleting templates and converting transactions to recurring.

Recurring = repeats on a frequency. Planned = one-off scheduled row.
How to create a planned item
Tap "New planned" on the Planned page. Scheduled date in the future.
How to post a planned item to the ledger
Tap "Post" on the row under Due. Row moves to the ledger.
How to edit or delete a planned item
Each row has Post, Edit and Delete actions. Edit reopens the form.
How to create a recurring template
Tap "New recurring", fill the regular fields plus a frequency.
How to approve a recurring occurrence
Tap Approve on the Due row. Schedules the next automatically.
How to reject a recurring occurrence
Tap Reject to skip one occurrence. Template continues.
How to edit a recurring series (or a single occurrence)
Edit modal has a scope radio: Entire series vs This occurrence.
How to delete a recurring template
Delete from the Edit form. Linked planned overrides go too; past occurrences stay.
Convert a transaction to a recurring template
Tap the repeat-icon action next to Edit. Recurring form opens prefilled.
