How to post a planned item to the ledger
Tap "Post" on the row under Due. Row moves to the ledger.

To post a planned item in Extrack, open the Planned page. Items scheduled for today or earlier sit under "Due (scheduled ≤ today — ready to post)". Each row has three actions: Post (emerald), Edit (neutral) and Delete (red). Tap Post — the planned row becomes a regular ledger transaction; balances and budgets update.

Open Planned
Anything due sits under the "Due" section heading: "Due (scheduled ≤ today — ready to post)".
Tap Post on the row
Emerald button. The row posts to the ledger immediately with the values as shown.
Frequently asked
Can I post in advance?
No. Posting only works when the scheduled date is today or earlier. Edit the row to change the date, or wait.
I posted by mistake — undo?
No undo. Delete the now-posted transaction from Transactions and re-create the planned item.
