7-day refund, no questions. Razorpay processes disputes.

Extrack offers a 7-day refund, no questions asked — visible on the /plans checkout footer ("Pay & open workspace · 7-day refund") and the subtitle "Pick a plan, pay, and your workspace opens instantly. 7-day refund, no questions." After 7 days, cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current cycle. Refunds and disputes follow Razorpay's rules and the law.

How do I request a refund within 7 days?
Email support with the order ID. Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method.
I was charged twice — what now?
Email support with the transaction IDs. Duplicate charges are refunded.
I subscribed by accident and have not used the paid features.
Within the 7-day window the refund is unconditional. Just email support.
