How to cancel your subscription
Profile → Plan & billing → cancellation card. Access continues to cycle end.

To cancel your Extrack subscription, open Profile → "Plan & billing" tab. The plan & billing panel includes a cancellation card; use it to stop auto-renew. Your access continues at the current tier until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. After that, the account drops to Free (read-only) — data stays intact; resubscribe any time.

Open Profile → Plan & billing
Tab shows current plan, next billing date and a cancellation card.
Use the cancellation card
Confirm the cancellation. Auto-renew is disabled; access continues to the cycle close.

Will I get a refund for the unused portion?
Within 7 days of payment, yes — see the 7-day refund policy. After 7 days, cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current cycle. Use the remaining days, then revert to Free.
What happens to my data?
Stays read-only on Free. Download a backup any time via Profile → "Security & data" / Portability section.
