How to request account deletion
Profile → "Request account deletion" — mailto link. Email support.

To request account deletion in Extrack, open Profile and tap the "Request account deletion" link (it opens your email client with a pre-filled message). Send the request from the email address registered on your account. The team processes the request manually. Download a backup first via "Download backup file" — deletion is permanent.

Send from your account email
So the team can verify the request belongs to you.
